Virtual / In-Person Hybrid Meeting

COVID changed the way we meet and while many people are back to meeting in real life, technology enables Rotary Clubs and Districts to host our meetings to include members and guests who may not be able to attend in person, to expand our meetings to a larger audience and attract great speakers.

We can help extend your Club or District in-person events to include online participants. The first video below shows an example of a hybrid meeting. The second video explains how easy it is to set up a similar meeting and lists basic equipment that is required.
